Welcome Hipwoers! The academic year of 2024-2025 has officially started!
Our school's Discipline and Guidance Committee and social workers held a "Start the New School Year Full of Energy" lunchtime event from September 11 to 13! Of course, the highlight was the ice cream giveaway! Many students enjoyed fun games prepared by our social workers, leaving with lots of goodies. Wishing all students academic success and good health!

The Education Bureau continues to implement a series of initiatives in the 2024-25 school year, including the newly launched "4Rs Mental Health Charter." This charter focuses on four key elements that promote mental health: Rest, Relaxation, Relationships, and Resilience, creating an environment conducive to students' healthy development.
Actively Responding to the "4Rs Mental Health Charter"
The four Rs outlined in the Charter encompass essential elements and goals that are equally important for promoting students’ mental health, while being closely interconnected. The 4Rs are:
*Rest: Helping students establish healthy living habits from an early age, ensuring they get sufficient rest, adequate sleep, and leisure activities.
*Relaxation: Teaching students to relax at appropriate times, caring for their mental health and understanding self-care.
*Relationships: Strengthening peer relationships, teacher-student relationships, and parent-child connections to enhance a sense of belonging; helping students understand their roles and importance in different relationships, encouraging them to take responsibility and contribute.
*Resilience: Equipping students to adapt to the inevitable pressures and setbacks in life, teaching them to handle emotions positively, cope with stress, and overcome difficulties.
As one of the schools participating in the Charter, we will implement various measures and activities to promote students' mental health, help them establish healthy lifestyle habits and positive interpersonal relationships, provide more opportunities for relaxation and stress relief, and enhance their sense of well-being and resilience, thereby improving the overall health culture of the school.
