This community centre is a voluntary-based organization which provides social services in Sha Tin. In order to enhance the public’s awareness and understanding of the ethnic minorities in the area. The 民政事務局種族關係組 has sponsored the 「Multicultural Carnival and Report Conference」event to paint public’s awareness on different cultures and life experience.
