Initiation Programme for the Newly-Arrived Children
The
Education and Manpower Bureau (EMB) has delegated our school to organize
the full time initiation programme for the newly-arrived children. This
program offers educational support services for the newly- arrived
children, namely the newly-arrived immigrants from Mainland China, the
non-chinese speaking children and the returnee children. Students can
adapt to the new environment of Hong Kong by attending the initiation
programme first.
The objectives of the initiation programme include

Enhancing the English and Chinese Language standard of the newly-arrived children

Helping the newly-arrived children to adapt to the new environment in Hong Kong

Providing the newly-arrived children with the actual learning experience of Hong Kong
